In our long history, we have formed a special relationship with quality. To be on the safe side, the entire building process is quality surveyed and subject to constant inspections by independent quality societies and associations. Naturally, this includes the 30-year warranty on the base structure and 5 years on all subsections as prescribed in the German Civil Code (BGB).
