The architecture of this house is plain and simple. The partial weatherboarding on the facade (even on the first floor for a change!) makes the house traditional and modern at the same time. The house provides substantial space on small pieces of land, counteracting high land prices.

 

Through the retracted and well-protected foyer, you enter the hall, and then reach the kitchen a short distance further. The top floor holds a work or play area, along with three bedrooms and the bathroom.
